Young people are an important part of our church community and are welcome at all our services.  Our Youth Group for 10 to 16 year olds meets on a Sunday evening between 5 and 7pm during term time. They meet to explore what it means to grow as a Christian as well as enjoy time with friends a have fun.   

 

Typical activities include drama, debating, and group work such as acting out Bible stories, reading poetry or a lesson from a church service - the latter happens at Christmas or Easter. They also play table-tennis, pool, snooker and enjoy listening to music.  In addition around 6pm there is tea and cake.  In the Summer the Group play games on the village green,  so the children are advised not to bring their new trainers unless they want to see them rapidly lose their shine!
