Looking for venue hire in Epsom? Our church hall is 10 minutes from Epsom town centre (click here for exact location) with great facilities and offers an ideal setting for birthday parties, wedding receptions and many other events. It is surrounded by the picturesque Epsom Common and next to our beautiful church which is nearly 150 years old!

Car parking
​
A free, spacious car park is located next to the church, from which a paved path leads to the Church and Hall. Additionally, there are no parking restrictions on local roads, all within a short walk.

The garden

Through the two sets of French doors from the main hall, there is a large level, enclosed lawned area which is available, at no extra cost, for hirers to use. This is a lovely feature of the hall in the summer months!

How to hire the Hall:

Please follow the steps below to ensure your preferred time & date is available. We also ask that you familiarise yourself with our rates so you can calculate yourself how much your booking will be!

Once you are happy to proceed, please follow these steps:

4. We will then email you to confirm your requested date is available and provide bank details for your payment.

Important information
​
Any proposed use must fall within the general criteria of “being for the benefit of the surrounding community and consistent with the Christian faith.” Please see our "Terms and Conditions of Hire."
​
Children’s events must have the appropriate adult:child ratio for supervision to comply with our "Safeguarding Policy" and "Terms and Conditions of Hire."
​
Please note that:​ people attending functions in the church may need to use the Hall toilets during a Hire event. Hall hire includes the ground-floor Hall, Kitchen and the fenced lawn area only. The upstairs Hall is not included.

Church​ hire
​
Our impressive and attractive Victorian church building is available to hire for concerts and events. This is a wonderful venue and a really beautiful yet flexible space accommodating approximately 250 people. We have great acoustics and outstanding audio-visual equipment including mood lighting, and specialists for hire to assist with any technical requirements.
