About the Event
nvitation to our Alpha course
We would love to welcome you – and any guests you would like to bring - to Alpha, a series of events at which we freely explore the Christian faith. Christ Church is partnering St Martin’s, St Barnabas and St Paul’s Howell Hill to run a joint Epsom Alpha course at St Barnabas and you can book your free places at www.alpha-epsom.org
Come to our opening night with magician, Tim Saiet, on Wednesday 2nd February at 8pm, without commitment, and see if Alpha is for you.Alpha is for everyone.
If you are already a churchgoer, it is great way of drawing closer to God and, if you’re still thinking about believing, Alpha will help you explore the big questions in life and faith.
We will meet at St Barnabas Church, Epsom KT19 8HA at 8pm on Wednesday evenings from 2nd February to 30 March (except for half term). Each week we will watch a short film about an aspect of Christianity then talk informally in groups. Alpha is friendly, informal and relaxed.
You can ask what you like and it’s a great way of meeting new people and building friendships within and outside church. You don’t have to bring guests, but do take time to pray for and invite others to Alpha.
It is a wonderful way of introducing them to Jesus and seeing lives changed.
We look forward to seeing you on 2nd February – and please make sure you book your places in advance at www.alpha-epsom.org
