What’s On
Christ Church will celebrate it’s 150th anniversary on 18th October 2026. In the run up, we have a whole year of events for fun and fundraising, as well as special celebration services.
Watch this space to see what’s coming up as well as to find details of our regular events.
Licensing and collation of Revd Tom Hill
Thursday 27th August 7.30pm
Revd Tom Hill will be licensed and installed as Vicar of Christ Church Epsom Common.
You are warmly invited to join in this very special occasion.
As we expect a large number of visitors, it will be very helpful to have a rough idea how many people are coming. Please contact the parish office to let us know you’re coming.
Summer Series – Family-friendly outdoor worship
Sundays at 10am
26th July and 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd August

26th July – Journey to Faith
2nd August – Inspiration to Faith
9th August – Holy Spirit guides us to Faith
16th August – Growing in Faith
23rd August – Nudges to Faith
Family Barbecue and Outdoor Worship
Sunday 30th August at 4.30pm

Family barbecue and scavenger hunt at 4.30pm, followed by a relaxed all-age service to round off our Summer Series of Reaching Out, Sharing Faith.
It’s also the chance to meet our new vicar, Tom Hill, and curate Patrick Corley, ahead of them beginning their ministry at Christ Church.
The barbecue is free (although donations are welcome) and you don’t have to book – but it will really help our organisers if they know how many people to cater for. So if you can, please do let them know you’re coming.
