OrphanAid is a Christian based orphanage in Southern Africa which takes in children whose daily lives have been affected by the AIDS virus.

The children may be affected by these problems:

• The poverty that AIDS can inflict, when one or both parents are affected by the virus and are unable to work, or bring in a regular income
• The loss of parents from the virus.
• The sexual abuse that some of these children have had to endure due to superstition

They help the children in one or more of the following ways:

• Feeding Orphans
• Clothing Orphans
• Shelter for Orphans
• Life skills training and discipleship
• Medicine and Clinics
• Schooling
• Providing a Place of Safety & Refuge
