Mothers' Union - Christ Church, Freetown, Sierra Leone

In 2002, MU, Christ Church, Freetown set up an award scheme to fund three children, war victims, through secondary education. The children who benefited from the scheme were drawn from the Christ Church Primary School which is situated in rooms below the Church. Since then, the award scheme has grown so that we are currently helping six children obtain a secondary education.
