Welcome to Christ Church on the WellsMay we wish you a very warm welcome to Christ Church on the Wells. We look forward to getting to know you, and hope that you enjoy getting to know us. We meet for worship each Sunday morning in the Wells Social Centre. We are a church plant of Christ Church, the parish church over on the other side of the common. We maintain close links with Christ Church, and their clergy and Reader lead our worship, together with our own Local Worship Leaders. Mike Reeves |

Our ActivitiesOur usual schedule of Sunday services, which all begin at 11am, is as follows.
Home Group – this meets on Tuesday evenings for Bible study, prayer and fellowship. There is also a prayer group that meets regularly. They are very happy to pray for particular needs, which should be passed to Ann Chandler. |
ChildrenChildren are an important part of our church family. Our aim is to help children discover a Christian faith, learn about the Bible, and feel part of our Christian family. Our childrens’ group, The Mustard Seeds, are encouraged to participate as much as possible in our services They stay in church for our Family service on the first Sunday of each month. On other Sundays, the group meets in a room adjoining the main hall. Children join the service towards the end and share what they have been doing with the rest of the congregation. Baptisms. If you would like to have your baby baptised at The Wells we would be pleased to arrange this for you. Please contact Ann Chandler to arrange this. Families living on The Wells and Ebbisham Estate, who have had their babies baptised in Christ Church, are invited to come to a service at The Wells at a later date, so that they can be welcomed into our church community. |

Pastoral CareWe believe that the church should be a community that cares both for its own members and for other people in the area. Many of our members regularly visit people who are ill or struggling with any aspect of life, or who they know would appreciate a cup of tea and a chat. In addition, we have a pastoral team that can respond to particular needs that we hear about. The Wells Pastoral Team is part of a much larger team at Christ Church, Epsom Common. They are trained by the Diocese or Parish Church. They visit people in the neighbourhood to listen, to pray, and to offer practical support, or to help those people who are in any kind of need. In addition, they visit people who are considering having a child baptised.
