Being a Christian
We would like to invite you to
continue exploring your journey with Christ by attending our “Being a Christian?” course. This new course, run by the Anglican,
Methodist and United Reformed Churches of Epsom, will explore some practical
aspects of living a Christian life. The course is aimed at anyone who
would like to take some time out each week to think about these and other
things. Those attending might include
people exploring the possibility of adult Baptism, Confirmation (in the
Anglican Church) or Full Membership (in the Methodist Church), or those,
perhaps like yourself, just wanting to know more and reflect on the Christian
life. At the end of the course those who
are not yet baptised or confirmed (including those who would like to renew their
baptismal vows) will be asked if they would like to pursue that avenue, in
which case they will be invited, closer to the Bishop’s visit in May, to attend
further evenings that will deal specifically with those topics. The course lasts 10 weeks, starting on
22 January 2009, and will be hosted at the |
